When: 0530 this coming Thursday, repeating weekly
Where: Mills Godwin High School. We will be parking in the small parking lot on the on the Ridgefield Parkway side of the school, which is on the other side of the school from the football field. If you are coming north on Pump Road, turn right after you pass the school.
What to bring: For the first workout, bring yourself and a kettlebell — preferably one that you can lift overhead with one hand with some effort. In the future, bring yourself, a kettlebell, and a block. These instructions are subject to modification by pre-blast or otherwise.
