Fifteen able bodied athletes gathered in the grey moonlight for a great spider run experience. After blazing through instructions, as almost everyone saw the route posted last night, of we went. Routes were heavy so almost everyone was late. Some more than others. Thirteen on foot gathered for multiple purposes at today’s Spider Run. Most runners were fully aware of what was in store, and they still showed up. Some runners opted for rucking. Twelve stallions of the new year started their running resolutions on the right foot. After Fudd recalibrated his internal compass based on the local beer shop as a reference point, off we went. 10 regulars arrived in various modes of transportation for a painful but spirited Spider Run. YHC posted the routes on slack, essentially 4s and 5s run up four different hills to Three Chopt and the 6s take one next 4 other hills, add a thumb with the bat cave and you’ve got yourself a Menorah run.
