For all of those who are interested and available to go with me, I am planning a trip to Wilmington, NC to assist in hurricane Florence recovery and donate time and goods for the weekend of 10/26-10/28.  Here is the basic plan: Friday 10/26: Load up the trucks and leave Hampton Roads after work (approx. 6pm). We welcomed back two recent FNGs (Sooner and Teach) and added another FNG to the PAX (Upgrade). Sooner gets credit for backblast title for his comment during the slew of “block” exercises as we make our way through the F3 Exercise list (https://f3nation.com/exercises/). To all who shall these presents greetings! High Impact Men of Hampton Roads, It has been entirely too long since my last Big Data Update, but this past month was just too impressive to let the opportunity slip away.  Bottom Line Up Front: although August 2018 was a record month for us, September was even better. First and foremost, we had 9 new FNGs! Welcome KiloVolt, Shakespeare, Taps, Hyzer, Tanker, Oscar, Dr. J, Chief, and Reaper!  Thanks for coming out, and we look forward to continuing to see you in the gloom. 4 Strong at Ruckhill. The usual suspects showed up. The warmarama: Side Straddle Hop IC, Through the Tunnel IC, Imperial Walkers IC The Thang: Pax moseyed around the cement trail with the weighted backpacks.  Every so often the Pax pulled off to the side and suffered 20 Merkins, 20 Big Boys, 20 Air Squats. The Pax performed this a number of times. Once back near Ruckhill they moseyed up the hill. Once on top the Pax endured several minutes of Mary. After that the Pax moseyed back to the Flags. COT, Count-arama, and Name-arama.

5 PAX took on RuckHill for a pre-storm workout. Well, what we thought was going to be a pre-storm workout. The Thang: Warmarama (sans ruck) Rucks on and coupons (aka cinder blocks) up. Mosey to the front of the hill. YHC was bragging at 2ndF the night before about a circuit that Cowbell had put us through during his second Q. To prove it to the #EastSide PAX, YHC unashamedly copied it into his Q. 4 Pax showed up for Ruckhill. They were still feeling sore from the week 4 Iron Pax beat down. YHC decided to cut them all a break. Small chatter about the Iron Pax Challenge workout. Weak in numbers, but strong in resolve, three Pax shook off the sleep induced stupor and reported for duty at RuckHill this morning. Still feeling the effects of the IronPax Challenge at StankHill on Tuesday, YHC was thankful to have the Q so as to keep things at a moderate pace. As has become an all too often occurrence (once is too many), once again YHC was the lone figure beneath the shovel flag this morning and, as a result, made the call to leave the rucksack in the trunk for the RuckHill festivities and instead focus on a Scully weakness (running), and setting the bar a little higher in the Quad P challenge (CDDs).
