One Upper Middle-Ager, One Lower Middle-Ager and One Very Young attacked most of the CSAUP loop at Forest Hill Park for the Wednesday Hill Run/Roller Coaster. TYA was playing tour guide, YHC was rucking with 30 lbs sack and Husky ran/walked the 3 mile loop! This was YHC and Husky’s first time at the Forest Hill Park trail and it was amazing!  YHC thought it couldn’t get any better than North Bank/Buttermilk, but FHP is so much better. YHC thinks that TYA was getting his game plan ready for CSAUP, studying the trail, looking for advantages and setting booby traps…

Four converged on Hillcrest this evening for the following: Husky – Some running on the medium loop but mostly walking and playing.  Hillcrest has some nice crunchy leaves in the road that are very enticing for a 6 year old to stomp on. Kubota – Mostly running, turning back for Husky (no 2.0 left behind) and then some much needed hill repeats. Wheelbarrow – Several different loops.  He’s glad to be back out at it this week! TYA – On the bike again, killing it!  Went somewhere for 45-60 minutes.  YHC is hopeful he made it back home!  Lots of…

3 runners, 1 rider, and a 2.0 hit the roller-coaster in the Wednesday evening heat. Kubota and Husky did a loop then went off to church. YHC did 3 loops, each loop seeing more deer. Lug and TYA were not spotted but vehicles were spotted by YHC.

5 strong posted for the Wed Hill Run and here is how it went down. Husky and TYA – crushed it on there bikes. Husky attacked the hills – TYA rocked it over to Northside and back! 5 strong posted for the hill run and here is how it went down. Couple short loops – Couple long loops a bike ride and a kettle bell walk = Boom ! TYA crushed it on his bike this evening – he felt great being back on it and rolled through the streets of RVA – well done brother.. Husky crushed 2 short loops – running one fully all the way around like a champ – then showed us he could carry his Dads 25 pound kettle bell by walking back and forth with it – little dude is a…

Husky and Kubota kept the Roller Coaster AO alive this evening with a Father/Son jaunt through TYA’s neighborhood. We did two short loops with a 1/4 mile offshoot each time for about 2 slow and easy miles. It was slightly hot and humid and the mosquitos made there presence known. BRR runners were evidently getting ready for their trip and possibly tapering and resting their legs. Go Get ‘Em Boys! Kubota keep posting!

12 young and old posted for a Wednesday afternoon hill run. We ran for 45 minutes.  It was hot and humid Gents, if you have not been around for a Husky prayer, you are missing out.  The dude is a preacher in the making.  Everytime he speaks, a tear comes to Swirly’s eyes.  It is an awesome thing to see a first grader lay down the law to a bunch of old dudes. Props to Kubota for running with the stroller toting little Libby around with him…not an easy task. TYA OUT

4 studs hit the hills of Roller Coaster in preparation for the BRR and here is how it went down. TYA – BT – Swirly – 7 small loops 5.miles Rosie – 1 long loop – 3 short loops – 5 miles Great job guys – we haven’t run those short loops in  awhile – not much time to recover on those suckers…. Hey BRR team remember – next Wed there will be a Happy Hour/Team meeting  after we hit this hills. Come on out start anytime between 5-6 on the run – happy hour / meeting will directly follow…

7 studs showed up for a Wednesday jaunt…we all did some loops around hillcrest.  So as not to offend some of the sensitive tuckahoe folks, I will not review who did what. NMM Honeydo pounded a beer before the run in preparation for training for the CSAUP in Oct…apparantly he is doing the 6 pack version….go Honeydo.  Rumor has it that he will pound 24 beers on Saturday night and call it a training run. Bleeder launched a few second early and held Swirly and BT off for the first mile.  Give the man an objective (or let him make…
