10 studs convened in the first 20 degree morning in the dark for a beatdown. After a mosey to the middle Third parking lot, YHC wanted to try out a Tabata workout. A Tabata is 4 minutes of intense exercise with 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, repeat 8x. Our goal was to 8 rounds total with one minute rest in between.
