The new stimulus-funded weather station at Godwin detected a new red kettlebell and also reported the following Circus: White Deer led a COP with SSHs, DQs, Helicopters, Scorpion Kicks, Merkins, LBCs, APDs. Lighthouse took charge and led the PAX through 2 laps of the bus loop, adding an exercise at each corner. 15 reps each. Exercises were: Lawnmower Pulls, Curls, Sit and Presses, Overhead Pulls, Sumo Squats, Swings, American Hammers, and Halos.
