Seven men traversed Rutland, Knollwood, and Cool Spring by foot either with or without weight at various speeds. Runners covered roughly 4.7 miles. Here’s what went down: COP: Mosey to the side of the school for SSH, Don Quixote, arm circles, dead man hangs, merkins, and LBCs.
