I’M GETTING MARRIED!!!! Needless to say, I’m pretty excited! In preparation for the wedding, I’m going to be leading The Creek Friday, July 6th. We are making it a family (hence the 4th F) edition. My fiancee and most of the wedding party will be joining us! Invite your wives, kids, and everyone! We’ll begin with a pretty typical F3 warm-up and then transition to playing a F3 modified version of 3 Ball! If you don’t know what 3 Ball is, awesome! Show up and have fun!

Pax, There will be a 60 minute July 4th convergence at Tredegar/Brown’s Island/Belle Isle on Wednesday, July 4th at 7am.  It will be very similar to the Memorial Day beatdown, but there are a lot of untapped resources around that AO where we can try new things out.  YHC will start us off and then it will be Hot Potato, so think of something different to do from Memorial Day if you get called upon.  This also gives those Pax members that could not make the Memorial Day beatdown a chance to post at this great AO.  This will be…

45 from around VA came down to Belle Isle for a Memorial Day convergence. Weather was 70, sunny, and plenty humid.  We did: Head to Browns Island for COP:  Invisible Jumprope, Don Qs, Merkins, Scorpion Kicks, Flutterkicks, & 10 Burpees.  Split the PAX into 2 groups:  Gumbo took one group and Spit the other. YHC stayed with Gumbo and we did Triple Check: Dips, JumpSquats, and Run bridge.  Then run around Island and stop for 2 burpees every lightpost.  Q was passed to Flatline.  We did Buddy carry and PLTs across field.  bOB took Q and had us Bear Crawl…

https://youtu.be/Xf3mRZ7SHu0 According to Phineas and Ferb, there are 104 days of summer.  What a better way to spend the summer than challenging yourself to visit all 24 F3 RVA AOs.  Although procrastinators can wait as late as August 6 to start, it would be best to spread this challenge out over the entire summer.  Once you complete the tour, you will have done the following: 14 bootcamps 7 runs including a trail run and evening run 2 Kettle Bell workouts 1 bike ride Don’t let not having a kettle bell or bike prevent you from participating in this challenge.  Borrow…

Spots are starting fill up to run the Colonial200 but we still have room for anyone wanting to have an absolute blast (with some running mixed in). It’s time to turn those SCs (soft commits) into HCs (hard commits). If you have been on the fence (or not even considered it yet), now is the time. To help your decision making, SpaceMonkey and YHC have assigned runners to legs. Now, you will know exactly how many miles you are committing to when signing up. All you have to say is “I want to be Runner X” (and complete the action…
