Four posted on a dry but cool Sunday morning for a ruck. The group crossed the river, traversed the buttermilk, took the flood wall and came back on the northbank trail. Route was a little about 8.5 miles.
It was my longest ruck to date. It was great to get out and have a nice walk with the group. Rucking is great for fellowship as it does allow you to exercise and talk at the same time.
No concerns with safety, Shakedown is always packing.
