Do They Call it “One” In Spain?

In an attempt to keep the 4 PAX attending warm and cozy, YHC threw out what he had planned and opted for a lighthearted fun-for-all-ages card game.

Warmarama (IC) 

  • SSH – 25
  • Arm Circles – 10/10
  • Copperhead Squat – 15
  • Through the Tunnel – 10
  • Burpee – 5 OYO

Indian run around the lake (but not Bear Crawl Bridge). Grab coupons and drop them by the planter for later. Mosey to the clubhouse.

The Thang

F3 UNO: Each color is assigned to a specific exercise. When someone needs to draw for whatever reason, all PAX mosey to the volleyball court where the draw pile is located. Other than that, normal UNO rules. The colors/exercises were as follows:

  • Red – Burpees (these came up a lot)
  • Green – Big Boys (these hardly came up at all)
  • Blue – Squats
  • Yellow – Merkins

YHC called it at 0600 (even though MOAB was only two cards from winning) in order to make time for the most pressing issue at hand: curls. YHC needed only 299 curls to make 10,000 for the month, so it was absolutely necessary that headway was made toward that endeavor.

Mosey to planter where coupons were left. Alternate between set of 30 curls and 30 each of the following:

  • Irkins
  • Lunges (15, 4ct)
  • LBCs (4 ct)
  • Dips
  • Leg Lifts
  • CDDs
  • Calf Raises
  • WWIIs
  • Squats

That totalled up to 270 curls for the day. YHC and Dreamliner both were able to squeeze in a few more post-beatdown to meet the aforementioned 299 goal.

  • YHC reminded the PAX that though bodily training is good, its value dies when they do, and so we should pursue godliness with equal vigor and discipline.
